My purchased templates are gone after reinstalling. Open a locked template and tap „Restore purchase“. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to the device. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
The print is blurry or has white edges. Use the „Print“ export in the app, not the image from your photo library. The print export is an A4 PDF at 300 DPI, full-bleed. In your printer settings choose „borderless“ or „fit to page“, depending on the printer.
The photo gets cropped. Templates work best with a face photographed from the front, roughly centered. In the editor, the „Photo“ panel lets you adjust the crop. Landscape photos are cropped to the poster format.
Can I type my own names and text? Yes. Tap any text field in the editor and write your own. „Randomize copy“ gives you new suggestions at any time.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere? No. Everything happens on your iPhone. The app has no connection to our servers and no user account. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I use the app for a real missing-person report? No. LastSeen is Halloween entertainment. All names, sightings and phone numbers are fictional. In a real emergency, contact the police.

If the app crashes or renders something wrong: take a screenshot, describe briefly what you did, and send it to hello@thewadventure.com. If you use the app through TestFlight, you can send feedback directly from TestFlight, which includes your device and iOS version automatically.
